• Provide your OWN face images for our AI processing and grading services

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkinsAI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our express written permission.

7. User Content License

By uploading face photos or other content to the App, you grant SkinsAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SKINSAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKINSAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkinsAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
