How do I download the app?

SkinsAI is available on both iOS and Android. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for "SkinsAI" to download the app.

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register using your email address or sign in with your Google or Apple account for quick access.

How do I take my first skin analysis photo?

Navigate to the "Analyze" tab, follow the on-screen guide to position your face in the frame, and ensure you're in good lighting. The app will automatically capture when conditions are optimal.

Using SkinsAI

How often should I scan my skin?

We recommend scanning your skin weekly to track progress effectively. Daily scans are available but weekly tracking provides the most meaningful insights.

What do the different skin metrics mean?

Our AI analyzes multiple aspects including hydration, texture, pore visibility, and overall skin health. Tap on any metric in the app to see a detailed explanation and personalized tips.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Our AI model has been trained on millions of skin images and provides dermatologist-grade analysis. For best results, ensure consistent lighting and follow the photo guidelines.

Account & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use bank-level encryption to protect your data. All photos and personal information are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Absolutely. You can delete individual photos or your entire account at any time from the Settings menu. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings Subscription in the app to view your plan, upgrade, or cancel. You can also manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Troubleshooting

The app won't open or crashes

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure you have the latest version installed. You can also try restarting your device.

Camera issues or poor photo quality

Make sure you've granted camera permissions to SkinsAI. Clean your camera lens and ensure you're in a well-lit area. Natural light works best for accurate analysis.

Sync issues between devices

Ensure you're logged into the same account on all devices and have an active internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the home screen to manually sync.
